What’s the most valuable aspect of your research for the people and communities?

Spatial determinants are stronger than temporal factors to define the state of land use change-hydrological relationship. Though there is land use-hydrology relationship is complex, there is a clear positive relationship between natural grassland and woodland, while grazing land and open bush land had a negative correlation with dry season flow. This is a typical ecosystem being cleared for foreign land investment in East Africa.
